The CombatSystem? of Tharsis Gate is pending a major overhaul. The way it currently works is about as barebones as it can get. We are interested in making a system which is more versatile, more interesting, more realistic, and most importantly, more fun. To know how we are to design this new system, we first need to make a DesignDocument. A DesignDocument details what goes into the system. The creation of this involves a chain of idea making where the ideas are discussed thoroughly, that is what this page is for.

The ExistingCombatSystem of Tharsis Gate is pending a major overhaul. The way it currently works is about as barebones as it can get. We are interested in making a system which is more versatile, more interesting, more realistic, and most importantly, more fun.

The first step in this process is to brainstorm for ideas (record these on the CombatSuggestions page) and to produce a DesignDocument.
