Goals:

1. Removal of combat controlling code from living objects, enabling amongst other things, alternative forms of combat based on environment.
2. Two hands ( shields / two-weapon wielding / two-hand-weapons / etc )
3. CombatInterface
4. Better support for parties, both NPC, player and combination of both.
5. Integration of guildcommands
6. Better handling of running from combat and returning to combat
