Tharsis . Design . NewbieSchool2

I have made this new page so that it is not mixed with the incredibally long section ( NewbieSchool ). I will require some assistance on this area of course, but theoretically this area will be completely long desc text-based, and will only require some minor assistance mobs. Please start listing suggesions/guidelines in this section.

I see no reason to make a second page - the other page has everything you listed.

I don't object to you building the area - in fact I'd like it to happen - I just don't think we need to list it all out here as well.
