http://angela.ctrl-c.liu.se/ftp/images/misc/book - The original and most complete document. Rather heavy reading and includes some stuff that is not relevant (like how to install a new LP Mud), but if you are stuck the answer is quite possibly here.
http://phantasmal.sourceforge.net/DGD/external/Basic_LPC.html - An LPC tutorial with reasonable relevance.

http://www.loirak.com/prog/java.html - read hour 3 - has some acceptable for/while/if loop stuff that is applicable.

http://www.lysator.liu.se/nanny/wiz/lpc/ - I've yet to view those other links, but this has a basic and intermediate listing of instructions. (I, myself have learned nothing from there, laf. I need to start smaller.)

http://phantasmal.sourceforge.net/DGD/LPC/index.html#SEC2.3 - this site breaks down a lot of things in LPC coding. I haven't gone through it all, but because of how it has been set up you can pick and choose what you would need help with as I have done.
